Leeds Health Solutions offers a range of occupational health assessments to businesses.

We provide objective, robust and evidence based OH advice to employers to help identify their needs through early intervention with cases, identifying trends, giving advice on adjustments and restrictions and detailed guidance on implementing rehabilitation programmes. 

We also offer employers advice on managing ill health effectively, guidance on the disability remit of the Equality Act and provide independent pension advice on a number of both Public and Private  Sector Pension Schemes.

We work closely with Managers and HR to reduce sickness absence within a business whilst investing in health and wellbeing to increase workforce productivity.
